Rule #1. . . . no burning candles.

I'm quite new to this blogging thing. . . .so I forget, I'm suppose to update it.
and. . . . .keep sort of a journal. . . hm.m.m.m what have I been doing????
I've been very very busy with a rental unit this last weekend.  We have some apartments that we own that is part of Dixie College housing.  Some tenants moved out last week so that means work for me!
Last Saturday I spent the day with Robin, cleaning and painting all the walls.    ughhhhh......    Today I go back to do the ceilings.  Let me tell you,  candles are a disaster to ceilings.  Because our renters burned scented candles, the ceilings have black spots here and there, it doesn't wash off and it looks terrible.
Also. . . . I've been ripping down wall paper in my house.   ANOTHER big piece of advice.  Leave the wall paper alone.  I don't mean on your walls, I mean, at the store.  NEVER put it up!  It's not worth it.  In 8 to 10 years it will be out dated and you will be working your fanny off.   I would guess that I have probably spent 20 hours easily getting it off the walls in one room.  It is exhaustive work, and I got the last of it off last Saturday. . (after another 4 hours.)  The kitchen is next!  When I get done ripping the paper off, I will re-texture and paint.

Nice Mom! sounds like you have your work cut out for you. I am sure my room is turning out great now the wall paper is down. Good Job. What color are you going to paint? Yes I knew you had a blog and I added you to my page the day or two after you set up your blog. I have just been waiting for you to post something. I did comment on your last one.
