I got a little note from Bonita at Hospice. She wanted to let me know that IHC had done a feature in their August magazine "Intermountain Stories" on Hospice and a little tidbit about my singing for their patients. They had used these picts from a hospice party held at the first of the summer.
Many years ago, I recall Michael Balam talking about singing to patients at a fireside and at the time I thought "nice". . but I would have never ever in a million years, imagined that I would be doing it myself. Now that I am, it's not like anything I had previously thought. It's very sweet, it makes people happy. It gives them a reason to tap their toe and sing along too. (That's because I sing them old classic tunes. . . my fav) I don't do it as much as I'd like.

Me with a guy named Mark Huggins.
(He works for IHC and plays a little guitar too.)
